DONAHUE, TUCKER & CIANDELLA, PLLC 2009 BUSINESS OF THE YEAR   AWARDED BY EXETER AREA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE  IN THE BUSINESS SERVICES CATEGORY               Donahue, Tucker & Ciandella is proud to announce that on March 12, 2009, the Firm was named the Business of the Year in the Business Services category by the Exeter Area Chamber of Commerce.  This honor reflects the many efforts and contributions by all of the members and employees of the Firm, providing outstanding legal services and value to clients together with service to  the community for almost 25 years.                In presenting this honor, the Chamber emphasized the quality of the legal services provided to businesses, individuals, non-profits and municipalities in the New Hampshire Seacoast area and throughout New Hampshire, southern Maine and northeastern Massachusetts.  Noting that DTC is now the largest law firm in Rockingham County, the Chamber highlighted recent success in litigation (a $6.7 million verdict in an unfair competition/consumer protection matter for a Wolfeboro-based client) and the strength of our telecommunications practice (serving municipalities and private telecommunications providers).  The breadth and depth of the skills of our attorneys and paralegals enable DTC to be a full-service law firm, with expertise in business law, land use and zoning, real estate, estate planning and elder law, employment and family law.  Our strong litigation team supports all these practice areas, but our greatest strength as a Firm may be in enabling clients to avoid costly litigation, through skillful planning and strategic, preventive legal work.             We have, from the outset, believed in contributing to the communities in which we live and work.
