Chris Boldt is a partner at Donahue, Tucker, & Ciandella, PLLC, in the Firm's Portsmouth, NH office, where he concentrates his practice on municipal and real estate/development. He earned his B.A. from Trinity University in 1984, a Diploma of Anglo-Irish Literature from Trinity College, Dublin in 1985, and his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in 1988. Chris actively handles matters involving municipal law and taxation, conveyancing and title issues, boundary disputes, land use and development matters, conservation easements, litigation throughout New Hampshire, appeals to the New Hampshire Supreme Court, and mediation. Since February 2004, Chris has served as a member of the NHBA Real Estate Section's subcommittee in charge of reviewing and revising the New Hampshire Title Standards; and that subcommittee's efforts are annually approved by the NHBA Board of Governors. Chris is a member of the Rockingham County Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas and the New Hampshire Bar Association, where he is a member of the Municipal and Government Law Section, the Real Estate Section and the Lawyer's Assistance Committee. Chris is a frequent lecturer for the Local Government Center, the Office of Energy and Planning and the New Hampshire Bar Association on zoning, planning and title issues. Chris currently serves as a choir member at St. Thomas' Episcopal Church.
