McGowan Attorney McGowan recently achieved certification as a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) through U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) - the first attorney in New Hampshire to achieve this certification.  Attorney McGowan's certification reinforces the Firm's commitment to assist its clients in responding to the evolving, numerous green building criteria arising at all levels of government.  The LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Green Building Rating System, developed and administered by the USGBC, is the widely accepted benchmark for the design, construction and operation of high-performance green buildings.  As a LEED AP, Attorney McGowan will help ensure that DTC can advise clients on the rapidly emerging incentive-based and mandatory regulatory requirements pertaining to green building and assist in evaluating and navigating the complex LEED certification process.
