Nicole became an Associate at DTC in June 2015. Nicole’s practice involves various aspects of commercial and residential real estate transactions. Prior to joining the firm, Nicole represented Certified Development Companies in Small Business Administration loans, developing an understanding of commercial transactions across New England, particularly New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Vermont and Maine. Prior to this experience, Nicole was a Housing Specialist in the Department of Housing and Community Development at the Commonwealth of Massachusetts where she drafted Deed Restrictions and worked with banks and municipalities to maintain the affordability of units in affordable housing programs. Nicole also specialized in residential real estate transactions at a law firm in Massachusetts.
Nicole grew up in Massachusetts where she received her B.A. degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and her J.D. degree from Suffolk University Law School.
Nicole lives in Manchester with her husband, Jon. She enjoys swimming and water sports. Nicole is excited to further develop her legal practice at DTC, where she assists the Firm’s Real Estate and Business clients, and also works with Estate, Municipal and Land Use clients. Nicole is admitted to practice in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Maine.
