Last week the New Hampshire Municipal Association hosted its 76th Annual Conference in Manchester. DTC Lawyers was there as an Exhibitor and Attorneys Christopher Boldt and Eric Maher gave a lecture on the NH Utility Appeals. Since 2014, several utility companies have appealed their assessments in multiple communities throughout New Hampshire. The lecture was on the history behind these utility appeals and gave an update on recent court decisions and pending litigation.
