Following an intensive training, internship and application process, Attorney Jessica L. Ecker has obtained her certification as a New Hampshire Family Mediator. While there are many attorneys and other persons out there who may have mediation skills, the New Hampshire certification board monitors and oversees the mediators who are certified, and requires a certain amount of continuing credits to ensure that certified mediators are up to date on the ever changing laws and regulations in the Family Division. Certified Family Mediators are the only mediators with whom the Family Division will order parties to mediate.
