Brandon joined DTC as an associate in October 2024. He is admitted to practice in New Hampshire. His practice areas include Civil Litigation, Land Use and Environmental Law, and Municipal Law.
Brandon grew up in Merrimack, where he began his public service and community involvement. He graduated from Bishop Guertin High School in 2012 and The American University in 2015.
Brandon earned his J.D. with a certificate in Health Policy from the University of New Hampshire Frankin Pierce Law Center in Concord. Additionally, he holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Law and Policy from Vermont Law School, where he graduated with distinction. He was awarded an Academic Excellence Award and served as an elected delegate in the Student Bar Association. At UNH, Brandon was the two-time president of the Environmental Law Society. He was a teaching assistant four times, including twice for Constitutional Law, and a research assistant for Associate Dean Rebecca Purdom. He was a Peterson Public Finance Summer Fellow and Warren Rudman Public Interest Fellow.
A former journalist, Brandon has been published in local and national outlets, starting his career covering local government in the Monadnock region. He serves on the board of the New Hampshire chapter of New Leaders Council and was chair of the UNH Public Good Advisory Committee.
