Elaina joined the firm in 2019 and became a partner in 2026. She enjoys assisting clients with: commercial and residential real estate transactions; estate planning; commercial lending; condominium, HOA, business and nonprofit formations; and municipal real estate transfers.

Elaina obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2016 and her Juris Doctorate from Western New England University School of Law in 2019.

Elaina is an active member and has served as the Clerk of the New Hampshire Bar Association’s Real Property Section. She is also a member of the New Hampshire Title Standards Committee, and is Chair of the firm’s real estate practice group.

Elaina is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, playing with her dog, and doing home improvements.
