Justin L. Pasay

Attorney Justin Pasay’s practice focuses primarily on land use development and permitting and land use related litigation. Justin regularly works with clients on complex commercial, industrial and residential developments to include securing local, state and federal entitlements, and counseling clients regarding the satisfaction of applicable regulatory and statutory obligations.  Justin’s practice also involves the representation of various municipal clients as general counsel where he regularly provides advice regarding issues of land use and permitting, as well as all matters regarding local government and Town Meeting.

Justin grew up in Exeter and Newfields, New Hampshire and graduated from the Honors Program at the University of New Hampshire.  Justin received his J.D. degree from the Catholic University of America.

Before joining DTC, Justin served for several years on active duty as a Navy JAG where he prosecuted and defended misdemeanor and felony level criminal cases and practiced operational law.  His Naval service includes overseas deployments to Iraq and JTF-GTMO.  Justin continues to serve as a Commander in the Navy Reserve.

Justin is admitted to practice in all New Hampshire Courts and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire.  He lives locally with his wife, Erin, and their three daughters.
