Joy Riddell Speaks at Stratham 76ers Seniors Group

DTC estate planning and elder law attorney, Joy Riddell, was a recent speaker at the Stratham 76ers Seniors Group which meets at the Stratham Fire Department.  She discussed particular estate planning matters, including the temporary federal estate tax relief legislation, benefits of revocable trusts, long term care options, Medicaid, special needs trusts and financial and health care powers of attorney.

Attorney Doug Mansfield Appointed to Board of Trustees of Portsmouth Museum of Art

DTC Relocates Portsmouth Office

DTC is pleased to annouce the relocation of its Portsmouth Office to 111 Maplewood Avenue, Suite D.  This office will provide a central, convenient location from which DTC’s lawyers and staff will be able to serve our existing and growing client base.   DTC chose this location because of its convenient access for their clients and staff and the quality of the renovation of the building which is in the heart of Portsmouth’s Northern Tier development district.

Attorney Chris Boldt to Present 2011 Municipal Law Lecture on Land Use Case Law Updates

Attorney Denise Poulos Participates in the Red Sox Foundation and Mass General Hospital Run to Home Base 9K

Attorney Denise Poulos recently participated in the Red Sox Foundation and Massachusetts General Hospital Run to Home Base 9K, raising over $1,000.  Funds raised by the Run to Home Base are used to support veterans returning from service in Afghanastan and Iraq with traumatic brain injuries and/or combat stress and their families.   The Red Sox Foundation and Massachusetts General Hospital Home Base Program’s mission is to help these veterans obtain the care they need and deserve.  To learn more about this organization go to Run to Home Base.

Joy Riddell Assists at YMCA Diversity Camps

DTC estate planning and elder law attorney, Joy Riddell, will be one of a handful of Exeter Rotarians serving dinner at the Diversity Camps hosted this July at YMCA Camp Lincoln in Kingston, New Hampshire.  The Diversity Camp brings together children from the United States with children who have recently immigrated to the states to share each other’s diverse cultural backgrounds and experiences and help bridge the gap among individuals from other cultures.

Attorney Jessica Ecker Elected Vice President of the Rockingham County Bar Association

Attorney Jessica Ecker has been elected Vice President of the Rockingham County Bar Association for the 2011-2012 term.  The Rockingham County Bar Association is an organization that seeks to unify, support and educate attorneys who live and/or work in Rockingham County.  Jessica has served on the Board of Directors of the Rockingham County Bar Association since 2007.

In a continuing tradition of over 25 years of dedication to clients across New Hampshire, DTC is pleased to announce the opening of its newest office — in Meredith, New Hampshire.  Located at 56 NH Route 25 (in the New Englander also housing Nungesser & Hill), this office will provide a central, convenient location from which all 16 of DTC’s lawyers will be able to service our existing, and growing, client base of municipalities, small businesses, land owners and individuals in the Lakes Region and North Country.  Attorney Chris Boldt will be our Partner in residence at the Meredith office, while continuing to serve the Firm’s existing clients throughout the State.  Chris is a member of the Firm’s Executive Committee and is very active in our Municipal, Development, Real Estate, Appellate and Environmental Law Practice Groups.
