DTC Attends Fisher Cats Baseball Game

On Friday, May 18th, DTC employees, families and friends attended a Fisher Cats game.  The game took place at the Northeast Delta Dental Stadium, which is located in Manchester, New Hampshire and home to the Fisher Cats Minor League Baseball Team. 

The Fisher Cats played the Trenton Thunder and although the game ended in a disappointing 7-1 loss, fun was had by all.  At the end of the game there was a fireworks display provided by Atlas Fireworks.

Attorney Jessica Ecker Honored by New Hampshire Bar Association as a Pro Bono ‘Rising Star’

Attorney Jessica Ecker Attends New Hampshire Association for Justice’s Annual Family Law Forum

On February 17, 2012, Attorney Ecker attended NHAJ’s Annual Family Law Forum in Bedford, New Hampshire.  This conference is one of the of the most widely attended continuing legal education conferences in New Hampshire, and Attorney Ecker tries to attend this seminar annually  in order to bolster her foundation of legal knowledge on family law topics.  Each year this seminar invites several marital masters or judges to attend to provide a “View from the Bench” with their insight on various topics, and opening up to questions from attendees.  This year, Masters Robert Foley, Michael Garner, Nancy Geiger, and Jennifer Lemire provided the attendees with their perspective.  Topics this year included: The Guardian ad Litem Process and Recent Developments In the Law, Marital Estate Division and Valuation, Child Support Enforcement, Relocations and Other Parenting Plan Modifications, Collaborative Law and Mediation, and Domestic Violence Petitions.  If you have any questions about these or any other family law topics, contact Attorney Ecker.
