Denise A. Poulos has been elected to serve as President of the Seacoast Board of Veterans Count, which as the philanthropic arm of Easterseals Military & Veterans Services, over the past 10 years has provided services to more than 9,900 individuals for challenges including suicide prevention, employment, homelessness, substance misuse treatment, transportation, legal concerns, mental health issues resulting from post-traumatic stress and/or traumatic brain injury. In addition, emergency financial assistance for food, utilities, housing, rent, emergency shelter, fuel assistance, vehicle repair, child care, gasoline, and medical bills is also provided. DTC Bids Farewell to Attorney Charles Tucker
On Thursday, June 1st our client, colleagues and friends joined us at our new Exeter location to enjoy refreshments and check out our new space. The evening was bittersweet as we said farewell to one of our founding Partners, Charlie Tucker, as he retires after 50 years of service to his clients. Mike Donahue, Rob Ciandella and Bob Derosier shared many fond memories of Charlie. We wish Charlie and Jean well as they embark on their new adventure. DTC Prepares for Move
We are excited to announce we are moving our Exeter office on May 20th to our new location at 16 Windsor Lane, Exeter, NH 03833 (across from Access Sports). As we prepare for the move, on Friday May 19th in the late afternoon, there may be interruption in either telephone or e-mail services. We plan to be up and running at our new location on Monday, May 22, 2017.

DTC Atty. Chris Boldt to Speak at OEP Spring Planning and Zoning Conference
Attorney Chris Boldt will once again be presenting at the 2017 Annual Spring Planning and Zoning Conference of the NH Office of Energy and Planning, scheduled for Saturday, April 29th at the Grappone Conference Center in Concord, NH. Chris has again been asked to speak at a double session on the basic procedures ZBA members should use in making their various decisions on variances, special exceptions, appeals of administrative decisions and waivers of dimensional criteria. DTC’S Progress Report on New Exeter Office
The new office at 16 Windsor Lane (across from the old courthouse on Hampton Road) is coming along quickly. The building is buttoned up, windows in, walls up and sheet rocking is in progress. Our new office will be state of the art and offer a more convenient and comfortable location for our new and old clients. We anticipate a move date in May, 2017. DTC has broken ground for its new office at Winsor Crossings at 2 Hampton Road (across from the old Courthouse) in Exeter. DTC has been a staple in the Exeter community for over 30 years and our decision to move was not taken lightly. It was important to us to stay in the community where we live, work and volunteer. Our new office will be state of the art and offer a more convenient and comfortable location for our old and new clients. We anticipate moving to our office in Spring 2017! Attorney Chris Boldt will play the blinded old soldier “The Earl of Gloucester” in Seven Stages Shakespeare Company’s production of Shakespeare’s thrilling drama of family and political dysfunction Lear at 7:30 p.m. on November 3rd, 4th, 5th, 10th, 11th & 12th at the Millspace in Newmarket. Seen through the prism of Alzheimer’s Disease, Director Dan Beaulieu brings this production of a pillar of Western Literature into and around the audience at all times.
