Nicole L. Tibbetts joined DTC as an Associate in June 2015. Her experience and practice involves various aspects of commercial and residential real estate transactions. Prior to joining the firm.  She practiced in the area of SBA loans, developing an understanding of commercial transactions.  Nicole also has experience working with banks and municipalities to maintain the affordability of units in affordable housing programs. Nicole grew up in Massachusetts where she received her B.A. degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and her J.D. degree from Suffolk University Law School and is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Maine as well as NH.  Nicole will assist the Firm’s Real Estate and Business clients.  DTC is excited to welcome Nicole to our Team!  For more information about Nicole click here.

Attorney Eric Maher Voted Chair for the New Hampshire Bar Association Municipal and Governmental Law Section for the 2015/2016 term.

In June, Attorney Eric Maher was voted Chair for the New Hampshire Bar Association Municipal and Governmental Law Section for the 2015/2016 term. With over 175 members, the section meets ten times a year to discuss including an annual legislative update, discussion of town meeting issues and municipal utilities, among others.

DTC is Pleased To Announce that Christopher T. Hilson has Become a Member of the Firm

Effective January 1, 2015, Chris Hilson became a Member of the Firm.  Chris will continue to provide counsel to the Firm’s business, municipal and individual clients in a variety of litigation and dispute resolution matters, including commercial and consumer protection litigation; real estate, land use and telecommunication disputes; and personal injury claims.  Chris joined the firm as a law clerk in 2005 and has been a leader in the Firm’s Litigation Practice Group.  For more information on Chris, click here.

Chris Boldt to Speak at OEP Spring Planning and Zoning Conference

Attorney Chris Boldt will once again be presenting at the 2015 Annual Spring Planning and Zoning Conference of the NH Office of Energy and Planning, scheduled for Saturday, May 2 at the Grappone Conference Center in Concord, NH.    Chris has again been asked to speak at a double session on the basic procedures ZBA members should use in making their various decisions on variances, special exceptions, appeals of administrative decisions and waivers of dimensional criteria.  For more information and on-line registration, please go to http://www.nh.gov/oep

 

Chris Boldt to Speak on 91-A Issues

On April 7, 2015, Attorney Chris Boldt will be discussing RSA 91-A issues at the NH Municipal Lawyers Association Seminar along with Attorney Dan Crean and Salem Town Administrator/Attorney Leon Goodwin.  The Seminar will be held at the New Hampshire Municipal Association offices in Concord, NH and will cover the law’s requirements, updates on current developments, and practical guidance on compliance.    Chris’ presentation will include the Attorney-Client relationship, billing and communications within the context of RSA 91-A, as well as current legislative developments and recent court decisions.  For more information and on-line registration, please go www.nhmla.com.

DTC Attorneys to present at Annual NHMA Conference
