DTC was recognized as a “Community Builder” by the Workforce Housing Coalition of the Greater Seacoast.
The honor recognizes local businesses that go above and beyond to support the agency’s mission and the development of work-force housing in the greater Seacoast region. Since the firm was formed in 1985, DTC lawyers have had a involvement with the New Hampshire communities where they represent individual clients and developers, and multiple municipalities throughout the state.
“It is readily apparent, especially in the New Hampshire Seacoast, that there is a significant need for housing that is affordable and in reasonable proximity to the centers of employment,” said Michael Donahue, a DTC founding partner. “The WHC has a well-earned reputation for providing education and information, forums for stakeholders, and the impetus to address this significant economic and social issue to the benefit of our communities and our citizens.” Read more of the Seacoastonline.com article.
