Attorney Justin Pasay’s practice focuses primarily on municipal law, land use and permitting, and civil litigation. Justin regularly works with municipalities regarding all matters related to local government. He also appears on behalf of municipalities and individuals in a wide range of civil litigation cases to include general commercial litigation matters, commercial real estate matters; tax related matters and municipal matters before the various courts and administrative bodies of the State of New Hampshire in addition to local land use boards.
Justin grew up in Exeter and Newfields, New Hampshire and graduated cum laude from the Honors Program at the University of New Hampshire. He received his J.D. degree from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law.
Before coming to DTC, Justin served for several years on active duty as a Navy JAG where he prosecuted and defended misdemeanor and felony level criminal cases and practiced operational law. His Naval service includes multiple overseas deployments in support of the War on Terror. Justin continues to serve as a Lieutenant Commander in the Naval Reserve.
Justin is admitted to practice in all New Hampshire courts and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire. He lives locally with his wife, Erin, and their three daughters.
