This article abstracts recent case law and statutory law bearing on the zoning of wireless telecommunications facilities in New Hampshire. The article focuses on developments in the law since the 1999 decision of the First Circuit Court of Appeals in a case in which our firm acted as counsel to the Town of Amherst, New Hampshire.
